Role OverviewThe APRN or PA provides nursing and medical services to individuals, families and groups within TGH preferred post-acute facilities emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention as well as diagnosis and management of acute and chronic diseases.
What You Will Do
Works autonomously as well as in collaboration with a variety of individuals to diagnose and manage clients' health care problems.

Applicants with experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, sub-acute care or geriatrics preferred.
Requirements
- APRN or PA licensure
- Board certification as a PA-C, FNP, or AGPCNP
