Role OverviewSeeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider for outpatient Benign Hematology located at UH Cleveland Seidman Cancer Center and UH Tripoint Medical Center. The schedule is Mon-Fri 4 days of clinic and 1 admin. day. APP experience required and either internal medicine or hematology/oncology strongly preferred.
What You Will Do
Initiates and maintains positive relationships w/pts/customers, performs patient assessment and assigns diagnosis, establishes plan of care and implements interventions, collaborates w/other health care providers, and contributes to the educational development of staff, patients, family and self.

Requirements
- Master's Degree from an accredited PA educational program
- 1+ years as a Physician Assistant
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated skills in interpersonal relationships
- Computer skills to access patient medical data from UHHS mainframe
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Physician Assistant (PA) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (Preferred)
- Registered Nurse (RN), Ohio and/or Multi State Compact License
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the State of Ohio
- Current APRN License
