Job Description
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will work in the Community Oncology Moncrief clinic, seeing surveillance patients and providing cross coverage for medical oncology. The APP will also cover the PIA role for patients receiving chemotherapy on site. This is a new position to help with survivorship initiatives, with 2/3 of the clinical time spent with surveillance patients beyond active chemo or immunotherapy.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in nursing or a Physician Assistant program
  • Licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or a Physician Assistant license
  • Acute Care Certification
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
