Job Description
Join UT Southwestern's Department of Emergency Medicine as an Advanced Practice Provider in Emergency Medicine at multiple sites. Provide care in a fast-paced setting, split time between William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital, Parkland Hospital, and Parkland Urgent Care.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in nursing
  • Licensure as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by Texas State Board of Nursing
  • Authorization for prescriptive authority by the Texas Board of Nursing
  • Current applicable American Heart Association or Red Cross Life Support certification(s)
  • Certification by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • Licensed by the Texas Physician Assistant Board
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certified
  • Two Years relevant clinical experience in Emergency Room or Urgent Care highly preferred
