Advanced Practice Provider FNP/PA

Requirements

• Provide evidence‐based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of acute and chronic conditions, health counseling, and disposition planning
• Complete administrative duties such as inventory management, opening/closing the clinic, patient follow‐up, insurance verification, and payment collection
• Manage patient appointments and perform routine examinations supporting strong health outcomes
• Perform diagnostic testing, provide preventive counseling, treat injuries and illnesses, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
• Promote patient engagement through screenings, wellness services, and chronic disease management
