Job Description
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will serve as a key member of a multidisciplinary team within the General Internal Medicine Primary Care Clinic, delivering comprehensive care to adult patients with complex medical and social needs.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree or higher in Nursing, documentation of completion of an accredited Advanced Practice Education Program.
  • Graduate of a Master's degree or higher Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) accredited Physician Assistant Program.
  • Licensure as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by Texas State Board of Nursing.
  • Licensed by the Texas Physician Assistant Board
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certified by the American Heart Association or Red Cross based on UT Southwestern policy for Advanced Practice Providers.
