Role OverviewThe Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is responsible for providing direct patient care to assigned patients within Cottage Medical Group (CMG). Functions independently and in collaboration with the supervising clinic physician(s) and leadership in the delivery of patient care.
What You Will Do
Performs medical services in a clinic setting or via telehealth, including conducting patient visits, obtaining patient histories, ordering laboratory and diagnostic studies, and developing treatment plans.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Current CPR certification
