Role OverviewThe Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is responsible for providing direct patient care to assigned patients within Cottage Medical Group (CMG) and/or the hospital. Functions independently and in collaboration with the supervising clinic physician(s) and leadership in the delivery of patient care.
What You Will Do
Performs medical services in both clinic and hospital settings, including conducting patient visits, obtaining patient histories, ordering and evaluating laboratory and diagnostic studies, developing and implementing treatment plans, and assessing and managing patient follow-up care.

Requirements
- Master's degree in a related field
- Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider
- Certification as an Advanced Practice Provider
