Job Description
The Simmons Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Simmons Acute Care (SAC) and Infusion team. The Advanced Practice Provider will provide outpatient care for established SCCC oncology patients with acute medical issues requiring additional evaluation and management.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in nursing or Doctoral degree in medicine
  • Licensure as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by Texas State Board of Nursing or Licensed by the Texas Physician Assistant Board
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified by the American Heart Association or Red Cross
