Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Simmons Comprehensive Cancer Center (SCCC) team, providing outpatient care for established SCCC oncology patients with acute medical issues. The APP will collaborate with the Dallas Infusion Center to manage infusion reactions, address lab abnormalities, and provide anti-neoplastic patient education.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in nursing, or a Master's degree or higher in a Physician Assistant program
  • Licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by the Texas State Board of Nursing
  • Acute Care Certification
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Ideal candidates will have prior experience in oncology
