Job Description
Join our team and help launch the first state psychiatric hospital in Dallas-Fort Worth, where innovative caregivers will make a lasting impact on behavioral health in Texas. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will evaluate and manage patients' psychiatric and behavioral health needs, conducting comprehensive assessments and coordinating care with an interdisciplinary behavioral health team.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in nursing, documentation of completion of accredited Advanced Practice Education Program.
  • Licensure as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by Texas State Board of Nursing.
  • Authorization for prescriptive authority by the Texas Board of Nursing.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certified by the American Heart Association or Red Cross based on the UT Southwestern policy for Advanced Practice Providers.
