Job Description
To promote, provide and maintain patient care in association with collaborating/ delegating physician(s) and in partnership with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team; consistent with Texas Board of Nursing authorization for clinical practice area and patient population. This position is designed as a balanced 50/50 role, allocating 50% effort to direct outpatient management and 50% to managing provider inboxes for a panel of 2-3 physicians, ensuring continuity of care and timely communication.
