Role OverviewAs a Program Performance Management Specialist, you'll help program teams manage cost, schedule, and performance for mission-critical work. You'll partner with program leadership, finance, engineers, and other team members to maintain accurate program data, identify trends, and support informed decisions.
What You Will Do
You'll support cost, schedule, forecasting, risk, and performance-management activities for one or more programs or contracts. You'll help develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, forecasts, work breakdown structures, and performance reports within contract requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting project or program cost, schedule, financial, operations, or product life-cycle activities
- Working knowledge of EVM principles, EVMS processes, program performance reporting, and schedule-management practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with scheduling or cost-management tools such as Microsoft Project or Deltek Cobra is preferred
