Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Degree/diploma from an accepted Line School or a state issued Journeyman certificate for an Advanced step position.
  • State issued Journeyman certificate and pass a company skills assessment for a Journeyman position.
  • Commercial Class A Driver’s License.
  • Physically capable of performing all aspects of electric overhead and underground distribution, construction, operations, and maintenance work.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Qualified to be a 5th Step Apprentice Lineman or higher.
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude.
