Job Description
Pape' Kenworth is seeking an Advanced Truck Technician / Mechanic to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience working on medium and heavy-duty class 7/8 trucks and will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining trucks. The role involves leading by example and mentoring other technicians in the shop.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience working on all makes and models of medium and heavy-duty class 7/8 trucks
  • Kenworth Essentials certifications preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge. Cummins and MX software experience preferred
  • Self-motivation and assertiveness
  • Ability to work under little or no supervision
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills
