Job Description
Serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests seeking information on local attractions, outdoor activities, seasonal events, and in-house experiences. Promote and book excursions, facilitate seasonal resort activities, and provide warm and enthusiastic service.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the Lake Tahoe area and enthusiasm for outdoor adventure and recreation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift, move, and transport recreational equipment as needed (up to 50 lbs)
