Job Description
Sunwater Capital seeks an Advertising Sales Executive to drive commercial success of its portfolio by originating, structuring, and closing integrated media partnerships. The role requires a full-cycle seller with strong prospecting discipline, experience selling into complex B2B environments, and the ability to translate client objectives into multi-channel, measurable media programs.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of direct advertising sales experience (B2B focus preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in closing complex, multi-channel media deals
  • Track record of quota attainment and revenue growth
  • Strong prospecting and pipeline generation discipline (“hunter” profile)
  • Ability to construct and sell strategic media programs, not just placements
  • Advanced negotiation and deal structuring skills
  • Existing network across advertisers, agencies, or industry stakeholders is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales reporting
  • Ability to manage forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and sales analytics
  • Strong written and verbal communication; capable of producing executive-level proposals
  • Ability to work on-site in North Bethesda, MD
  • Willingness to travel periodically for client meetings and industry events
