Role OverviewProvide course and registration advisement and support to students; assist in the functioning of the Academic Success. Monitor student academic progress, identify at-risk students, and implement proactive intervention strategies to support retention and academic success. Conduct degree audits and provide academic planning to ensure timely completion of program and graduation requirements.
What You Will Do
Advising a caseload of students as primary advisor; assist students in setting educational goals; assist students in choosing courses relevant to their goals; establish and maintain a continual dialog with a case load of students about their progress.

Requirements
- Associates degree in Aviation Maintenance, Aviation Technology, Aviation Science, Aviation Management, or a related field
- Relevant aviation industry experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel

- Ability to work well with a diverse group of people
