Job Description
The Advisor, Customer Data Management will manage all aspects of Mercedes-Benz North American customer data, including data intake, enhancements, and consumption by internal and external customers. The role will also promote, implement, and optimize customer data use cases across the MBUSA business and marketing landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Computer Science
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, scaling data and digital services, customer and target-oriented thinking, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • General knowledge of the automotive customer touchpoints, market research, and data analysis techniques
