Job Description
As an Advisor I, Pipeline & Terminal Accounting, you will help ensure accurate and timely volumetric statements, billing, and regulatory reporting that support safe and reliable operations at Phillips 66. You will work closely with a managed service provider and internal partners to oversee day-to-day through month-end billing activities, support government reporting, and maintain strong financial controls.

Requirements

  • Manage and update billing-related financial transactions and master data in SAP and other systems
  • Lead monthly close activities, including ticketing, balancing of assets, interface reconciliations, and review of tariffs, value-added services (VAS), and account reconciliations for accuracy
  • Serve as liaison with the managed service provider (MSP), overseeing performance, reviewing variance and gain/loss analyses, and resolving escalated billing issues across daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual activities
