Advisor, IT Business Partner (Mobility & Asset Management)

The Advisor, IT Business Partner (Mobility & Asset Management) oversees end-user asset lifecycle management and mobile service/device strategy within the organization. This position ensures effective management of devices and assets, coordinates provider/vendor management for mobile services, and supports users with reliable and secure IT mobility solutions.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include asset management and lifecycle, mobility services management, provider and vendor management, support and communication, and process optimization and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited school) with emphasis on business, technology or technology related field
• 5+ years experience and strong qualifications in IT technologies and architectures, mobile device management platforms and practices, audio-visual systems setup, configuration, and troubleshooting, IT security principles and practices, call accounting systems and billing management, and creating technical documentation and end-user guides
• Project management experience, leadership abilities, IT telephony consulting experience, ability to identify and implement alternative AV solutions, and strong communication skills
