Role OverviewThe People Consultant serves as a strategic and operational partner to designated business areas, providing expert consultation on People policies, organizational design, talent development, and associate relations. This role will coach leaders, mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and drive initiatives that support the Company's position as an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities include advising leaders on employee relations issues, assessing workforce trends, conducting investigations, coordinating employment-related legal actions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and providing guidance on organizational structure and talent strategy.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management, Communications, or related field
- 5–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience

- HR operations and Compliance
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources principles across Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Talent Management, and HRIS
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust quickly
- Ability to navigate complex organizations, influence leaders, and manage multiple priorities
