Job Description
Forum Financial Management, LP is a rapidly growing Registered Investment Advisory Firm (RIA) seeking an Advisor Education and Knowledge Senior Associate to join its Advisor Success team. This role supports the firm's internal knowledge, advisor education, and process improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in advisor education, training, knowledge management, financial services, learning & development, or a related field.
  • Experience working within the financial services or wealth management industry strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial planning, investment, compliance, or operational concepts into practical and engaging educational content.
