Role OverviewThe Advisory Manager – Systems Engineering combines leadership of active client engagements with direct participation in growth, opportunity shaping, and pursuit support activities. The role requires a strong systems engineering background and the ability to balance delivery accountability with proactive support to growth efforts.
What You Will Do
Lead day-to-day execution of advisory engagements, manage scope, schedule, milestones, and client communications. Contribute to growth initiatives through opportunity research, solution structuring, and capture support.

Requirements
- BA/BS with 8+ years of experience within a systems engineering organization and/or federal organizations or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Experienced independently structuring ambiguous problems using formal consulting methodologies
- Experience delivering executive-level products, including strategic plans, operating models, performance frameworks, and modernization roadmaps
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills consistent with consulting standards
