Job Description
As the full-time Merchandising Team Leader, you will develop and implement the Merchandising strategy for the store, train and coach your team, and ensure the store is always 'guest ready' through effective replenishment.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a retail management role
Passion for driving sales and merchandising
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
Knowledge of employment law and talent development
Business acumen and analytical skills
Flexible availability to work when the guest shops
