Pendo is seeking a strategic Account Executive to own the full customer lifecycle within a portfolio of small-to-midsize businesses. This role focuses on revenue growth, collaboration with Sales, and proactive account management. The ideal candidate will be consultative, high-energy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales or account management with closing responsibilities
  • Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle, including renewals and expansions
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Demonstrated track record of consistent goal attainment
  • Business acumen with an understanding of SaaS metrics and customer value drivers
  • Competency with sales pipeline management and CRM tools, including salesforce.com
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
