Job Description
Pendo is seeking a strategic Account Executive to own the full customer lifecycle within a portfolio of small-to-midsize businesses. This role focuses on revenue growth, collaboration with Sales, and proactive account management. The ideal candidate will be consultative, high-energy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
4+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales or account management with closing responsibilities
Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle, including renewals and expansions
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Demonstrated track record of consistent goal attainment
Business acumen with an understanding of SaaS metrics and customer value drivers
Competency with sales pipeline management and CRM tools, including salesforce.com
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
