Role OverviewAs a Laborer Telecom Aerial II, you'll support the Aerial Telecom Crew by ensuring materials and equipment are readily available, enhancing the installation and maintenance of fiber and telecom cables.
What You Will Do
Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members, reposition equipment, ensure door-tag notifications, and perform manual excavation and minor repairs.

You'll need to be willing to become a certified pole climber, have 0-3 years of labor experience, and be able to work safely and effectively in solo and team environments.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
- Valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Willingness to become a certified pole climber
- 0-3 years of labor experience, preferably in telecommunications
- Ability to work safely and effectively in solo and team environments
