Role OverviewAs a Laborer Telecom Aerial III, you'll use your advanced skills to support the Aerial Telecom Crew in installing and maintaining fiber and telecom cables. Your expertise involves conducting aerial drops from pole to pole and from pole to buildings, as well as splicing drops to the aerial mainline, ensuring safety, efficiency, and successful project completion.
What You Will Do
Perform aerial fiber installation and splicing, reposition or move bucket trucks, trailers, or equipment as directed, ensure door-tag notifications and resident alerts, inspect and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment, and perform manual excavation and minor repairs.

Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
- Valid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional) with an acceptable driving record
- Certified pole climber or previous pole climbing experience
- 3-5 years of labor experience, preferably in telecommunications or construction
