Role OverviewAs a Laborer Telecom Aerial, you’ll support an Aerial Telecom Crew with the installation and maintenance of fiber/telecom cables and materials. You’ll work in a field environment, performing various tasks such as providing tools and materials, repositioning equipment, and ensuring door-tagging and resident notifications are completed. You’ll also perform hand digging, direct traffic flow, and work in all weather conditions.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include providing tools and parts to crew members, repositioning equipment, ensuring door-tagging and resident notifications are completed, and performing hand digging. You’ll also direct traffic flow, work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours responsibilities as needed.

Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
- Valid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
- Certified pole climber or be willing to become certified
- Previous labor experience in telecommunications is a plus
