Role OverviewAs a Laborer Telecom Aerial, you'll support an Aerial Telecom Crew with the installation and maintenance of fiber/telecom cables and materials. You'll work in the field, providing tools, parts, and materials to crew members as needed. You'll also perform hand digging, direct/flag traffic flow, and work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours responsibilities as needed.
What You Will Do
Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members as needed, reposition or move bucket trucks, trailers, or equipment as directed, ensure door-tagging and resident notifications are completed, stock, clean, and maintain company vehicles and equipment, perform hand digging, direct/flag traffic flow, and work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours responsibilities as needed.
Why It Might Be a Fit
To be 18 years of age or older, authorization to work in the United States, High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience, valid state driver's license, certified pole climber or willing to become certified, previous labor experience in telecommunications a plus.
