Job Description
The Aerial Lift Shop Foreman is a hands-on role responsible for the overall operations, and housekeeping of the shop and shop equipment. The successful candidate will supervise employees, maintain a safe work environment, and troubleshoot, service, and repair products to meet manufacturer’s specifications, quality standards, and productivity requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong diesel engine, hydraulic, and electrical background
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
  • Ability to work safely around moving machinery and in conditions with marked changes in temperature and humidity
  • Ability to safely operate complex construction equipment
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Willingness to learn new computer, electronic, and hydraulic systems and follow safety guidelines as they evolve in our industry
