Job Description
The Aero GT Program Manager will oversee the entire spectrum of operations related to the aeroderivative fleet operations/maintenance and development projects, reporting into the Engineered Performance Strategic Business Unit (SBU). This program manager role involves strategic leadership in managing, maintaining, and improving the reliability, program management, vendor relationships and commissioning of aeroderivative gas turbines.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in power generation, with 3 years in a senior leadership role preferred
Strong understanding of safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in the power generation industry
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
