Job Description
YES Prep is seeking a part-time AERO Reading Tutor to work with elementary students in small groups to address reading difficulties. The tutor will utilize the AERO Reading Curriculum and work closely with campus leaders to provide reports on student progress. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with students with reading difficulties.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Interest in working with students with reading difficulties
  • Strong ability to navigate web-related applications and technology
  • Openness to giving and receiving frequent feedback
  • Ability to maintain emotional control under stress
