Role OverviewThe successful incumbent will ensure that all parts meet stringent aerospace standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Do
Operate and program CMM equipment to inspect complex aerospace components, develop and validate CMM programs, and perform First Article Inspection (FAI) in compliance with AS9102 requirements.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience operating CMM equipment in an aerospace or precision manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of GD&T and ability to apply it to complex aerospace parts.
- Experience interpreting detailed aerospace drawings and CAD data.
- Knowledge of AS9100 quality management systems and AS9102 FAI requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a production environment.
- Ability to lift and position parts and fixtures (weight varies).
- Strong visual acuity for precision inspection work.
