Role OverviewJoin a growing team of veteran lead systems engineers in developing cutting-edge lasers and electro-optical systems for aerospace customers. Work in cross-functional teams to develop new technologies and laser systems for military and space applications.
What You Will Do
Investigate technical issues, develop flowdown of technical requirements, track and manage technical resources, and lead special projects. Prepare technical documentation and present at technical reviews.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or optics
- 5 years of relevant experience

- Proficient in fundamental principles of optics
- Experience with spaceflight hardware, electro-optical systems, or hardware systems engineering
- Written and verbal technical communication skills
- Leadership experience
