Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of aesthetic injecting experience
- Hands-on experience with RF microneedling, broadband light, and hybrid or fractional laser platforms
- Certification or advanced training in injectables, platelet-rich fibrin microneedling, and laser safety
- Active California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Strong foundation in facial anatomy and injection safety
- Genuine commitment to ongoing education and new techniques
