Role OverviewThe Clinical Trainer is responsible for driving consistent, high-quality, and compliant clinical execution across multiple clinic locations within a territory. This role bridges strategy and execution by ensuring clinical standards, training programs, and protocols are effectively delivered, reinforced, and sustained in the field.
What You Will Do
Own clinical quality, safety, and protocol adherence across all locations in the territory, conduct regular site visits, audits, and observation rounds, identify performance gaps and implement structured improvement plans, and reinforce clinical standards through real-time, in-field coaching.

Requirements
- Active and unrestricted RN license (NP or PA preferred)
- 3–5+ years of clinical experience, with leadership or training experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, training, or developing clinicians
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to assess treatment quality and protocol adherence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, multi-site environment
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 100%)
