Role OverviewWe are looking for an aesthetician to partner with our urgent care in providing aesthetics services to the surrounding Ladera community. The position does not require working every day while building up the business. The aesthetician must have a valid license, proven experience, and strong business acumen.
What You Will Do
Provide high-quality aesthetic services, consult with clients, collaborate with the team, build client relationships, participate in business strategy discussions, and promote spa products and services.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The aesthetician would run the business in collaboration with the physician, and would earn ownership percentage in the aesthetics portion of the business with sweat equity.
Requirements
- Valid Aesthetician license in California
- Proven experience in providing aesthetic services
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for beauty and skincare and a desire to take on a business ownership role
