Role OverviewThe Assistant Community Manager is responsible for all operations at the affordable housing community, including general administration, maintenance, directing on-site personnel, and managing resources to ensure a stabilized fiscal operation.
What You Will Do
Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, maintain accurate resident files, process applicants and lease units, conduct regular follow-up inspections, collect rents and handle delinquent accounts.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and general computer skills
- Detail-oriented
