Role OverviewThe Affordable Housing Manager is responsible for all operations at the community, including general administration, maintenance, supervising on-site personnel, and managing resources to ensure a stabilized fiscal operation.
What You Will Do
Duties include supervising community team members, completing reports, maintaining resident files, processing applicants, maintaining relationships with local government agencies, conducting inspections, collecting rents, and handling delinquent accounts.

Requirements
