Role OverviewPeraton is seeking an AFITS Site/Program Manager for formal qualification software and system testing of artillery fire control systems in support of the Quality Engineering and System Assurance (QESA) Directorate at Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey. The role provides oversight for up to twenty software and system-level testers, coordinates with QESA Management and associates, and performs human resources-related duties.

Requirements

- A+ Hardware Certification
- Ability to evaluate software code according to specifications
- Ability to code and interpret multiple programming languages
- Advanced understanding and knowledge of operating systems
- Experience in automated software testing
- Proficient in development of test procedures and cases based upon requirements
- Good understanding of software design
Benefits
- Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000
- Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus in addition to base pay
