Role OverviewThe Africa Finance Business Partner - Immunology & Rare Disease BU is a strategic finance role responsible for providing financial leadership and business partnership to the Immunology and Rare Disease business units in Africa. The position drives financial performance management, strategic decision-making, and resource optimization while ensuring sustainable growth of the rare disease and Immunology portfolio.
What You Will Do
The Finance Business Partner will contribute to business value creation by working closely with Business heads, challenge the status quo, develop robust business cases, support launch excellence, provide financial insights, analyze profitability, and identify financial risks and opportunities.

Requirements
- BA or master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar
- +10 years of relevant experience with a deep business and finance acumen and detailed market knowledge
- Experience as Finance Business Partner is a must
- Multicultural/ Multicounty experience and exposure from the international environment
