Role OverviewFoster youth development in an after school setting by leading elementary students in enrichment activities. The position is non-exempt, part-time, averaging 17-20 hours per week.

Lead elementary students in enrichment activities, develop kids to reach their full potential, and serve as a role model to kids in the community.

Requirements
- Agree with and exhibit behaviors in accordance with the Mentoring Alliance Statement of Faith
- Must be at least 17 years of age
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- Some post-secondary training highly preferred
- Have a passion and love for working with elementary school-aged children
- Experience working with elementary school-aged children is preferred
- Ability to work Monday - Friday 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. during the school calendar year
- Ability to earn CPR/First Aid certification (mandatory)
- Pass Mandatory Background/Sex offender check
- Valid driver’s license or Valid ID
- Legally allowed to work in the United States
- Have dependable transportation
- Spanish-speaking ability greatly valued
