Togetherhood is hiring an After-School Program Coordinator to help ensure enrichment programs run smoothly and efficiently. The coordinator will serve as the primary liaison between Togetherhood and afterschool partner sites in the Bronx, communicating regularly with instructors and staff to ensure smooth program delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years working with elementary-age students in teaching, coaching, or enrichment roles
  • Outstanding attendance and punctuality
  • Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Clear communicator, collaborator, and professional presence on-site
  • Comfortable with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and texting apps
  • Excited about supporting joyful, high-quality afterschool programs
  • Able to follow a modest and professional dress code on-site
