Job Description
Healthy Kids Programs is looking for a dynamic Director to lead their After School Program for the 2025-2026 school year. The Director will be responsible for guiding compliance, leading engaging activities, managing daily operations, and maintaining open communication with parents and staff.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or a related field
  • Two years of direct experience working with children less than 13 years of age, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity in a child care program or related field of work
  • New York State Children’s Program Administrator Credential
  • School-Age Child Care Credential or another office-recognized credential specific to the school-age developmental period
  • Two years of college with 18 credits in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation or a related field
