Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Director to lead our After School Program for the 2025-2026 school year. As the Director, you'll be responsible for guiding compliance, managing staff and operations, and ensuring a positive experience for children and families.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • BA, BS, or Associate's degree
  • One of the following: 10 months of direct work experience with school-age children, Vermont On-the-Job Training certificate, Vermont Afterschool Professional Credential, Vermont Program Director Credential, Vermont Teacher Licensure, or Master's Degree in a youth-related field
  • Medically fit and free of communicable diseases
