Job Description
Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a dynamic After School Program Director to lead our After School Program for the 2025-2026 school year. The Director will be responsible for guiding compliance, bringing fun activities to the program, managing daily operations, and maintaining open lines of communication with parents and staff.

Requirements

  • Two years of college with 18 credits in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation or a related field, and two years of direct experience working with children less than 13 years of age, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity
  • New York State Children's Program Administrator Credential, and two years of direct experience working with children less than 13 years of age, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity
  • School-Age Child Care Credential or another office-recognized credential specific to the school-age developmental period, and two years of direct experience working with children less than 13 years of age, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity
  • Associate's degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation or a related field, and two years of direct experience working with children less than 13 years of age, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity
