Requirements

• Attend mandatory Professional Development Days once a month
• Assist in daily cleaning of program spaces
• Make reports of suspected physical, emotional, and/or sexual abuse of youth to authorities and Child Protective Services
• Document youth safety issues and medical incidents
• Provide positive guidance and mentorship to youth
• Implement Boys & Girls Club curricula
• Run programs and services for members, community, and family engagement opportunities
• Promote membership and participation in activities
• Maintain classroom safety and engagement
• Implement conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
• Engage and support volunteers
• Establish positive relationships with stakeholders
• Take responsibility for assigned equipment and supplies
• Transport youth and ensure supervision and accountability
