Role OverviewThe Aftercare Staff Member provides a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for students in PK–8th grade after the regular school day. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for children, demonstrate patience and good judgment, and support the mission and Catholic identity of St. Cletus School.
What You Will Do
Provide active and attentive supervision of PK–8 students throughout the Aftercare program, ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all students, and interact positively with students through conversation, games, crafts, outdoor play, and other age-appropriate activities.

Requirements
- A genuine love for and interest in working with children
- Ability to supervise and engage students ranging from PK through 8th grade
- Dependable, responsible, and punctual
- Patient, energetic, and able to maintain a positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with school staff
