Afternoon/Evening Beverage Cart Attendant

Requirements

• Maintain exceptional F&B service standards
• Greet members by name and introduce yourself to guests
• Provide timely and attentive coverage of assigned course areas
• Assist members and guests with requests
• Stock the beverage cart with food, beverages, ice, and transaction supplies
• Operate the golf cart safely
• Collect payments and accurately reconcile daily transactions
• Document product spills and waste
• Maintain thorough knowledge of available products and upsell where applicable
• Communicate with the F&B Director regarding special product requests or issues
• Clean and sanitize the cart at the end of each shift
• Request and restock supplies in a timely manner
• Assist fellow employees to deliver the 3-steps of service
• Notify management of any member/guest complaints immediately
• Know and follow the rules of golf etiquette when approaching golf groups
